Shipping Information

All tiles are made and glazed by hand, recreating original designs through a press-mold process, casted from original clay works designed by Angie Smith.

Lead Time: It typically takes about 2–6 weeks to complete.  Small orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Larger orders typically ship by UPS ground, unless they are going to Hawaii or Alaska. If you require a different carrier, please contact me at:    angela@aesmithtiles.com

If any tile is damaged during shipping please contact me and be prepared to send pictures.  I will refund or replace any damaged tile asap. See Terms and Conditions for details regarding damaged tile and shipping.
