Return Policy and Disclaimer

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please inspect your tiles as soon as you receive them. While damage during shipment is extremely rare, if it does occur, please contact me immediately. I will gladly either replace the damaged tiles or refund the purchase price. To help resolve the issue quickly, please provide photos of both the damaged tiles and the packaging. This will allow me to file a claim with the carrier. If tiles are lost in transit or if I make a mistake on your order, I will offer a replacement or a refund for any missing or incorrect tiles.
All claims must be made prior to installation. Installation constitutes acceptance.
Ae Smith Tiles is not responsible for damage during installation.
