Terms and Conditions

All returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will happen as soon as the order is returned to my shop.  If the work is damaged in transit I will not refund the value of the damaged tile. 

  If merchandise is damaged during shipment to rue customer, please immediately send photos of damaged pieces upon arrival. I will replace or refund your order at that time, working as quickly as possible to replace lost material. Please send pictures of damaged pieces so I may work with the carrier on the issue. All A.e. Smith Tiles are handmade to order with a typical lead time of 1-6 weeks for delivery from the time the order is finalized. Please note that estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed. Glaze samples, however, are usually in stock and ready to ship. (Go to "Glazes" on Collections page to see glaze options for order).

Please review your order carefully before confirming. Please email me if you have questions or requests. (angela@aesmithtiles.com) Installation constitutes acceptance.  

Ae Smith Tiles is not liable for any costs associated with the repair or replacement of Ae Smith tiles in the event of removal, installation, or re-installation. The seller disclaims any liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages.

I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order. I love this work and I  am committed to a collaboration installation with  you. However,  if an event such as a natural disaster, health issue, or other circumstance prevents me from completing your order within a reasonable amount of time, I will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
