6” x 6” Pine On The River

This 6" x 6" tile was inspired while hiking along the Yellowstone River. A family of conifers held fast as the river raged around their island hold.

Because of the details within the composition, I wipe back the raised images to some degree with all the glazes. This helps to visually define the elements within the composition.

There is a divot in back for display on a wall. This tile is hardy enough for any interior or exterior application-though not recommended for floor installation.
